  ADPT is an amazing place to fix all of your physical needs and inequalities. I am a professional basketball player, and this is my 4th year here at ADPT. In my 4 years playing professional basketball I have been injury free, and I have made a large jump in my physique and mobility throughout the years. This offseason I had the opportunity to get trained by PT. Jared Simpson. Everyday I was pushed with a rigorous strength and conditioning program to get me ready for my upcoming season. He helped me to fix parts of my body that may have gotten weaker throughout the season , from all of the physicality of the sport. Whatever your need is, ADPT can help you overcome the physical and mental burden you go through with your injury. I highly recommend.

  Luca @ ADPT by Cynergy is an amazing PT. He helped me continue on through my last season of volleyball with a knee cartilage injury through constant monitoring and focused exercises. Luca and the staff at ADPT are very hands on and give incredible, quality care to their clients. I would highly recommend them for all PT needs as well as injury prevention because of ADPT’s knowledgeable and professional staff! Thank you Luca!

  ADPT is by far the best PT establishment I’ve ever been to. As someone who is active and looking to return to sport after a knee surgery I wish I found them sooner. I’ve been working with Francesca and it’s been a great experience. I can tell I’m making real progress. The whole team highly recommended as far as their expertise, plus it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do so they’re fun to spend time with.
