I love that you can try on frames yourself instead of the usual business model where you point at frame under a glass counter to try on one by one. My Warby Parker optician caught a typo on my ophthalmologist's prescription! Whew! Thankful she was so thoroughly checking.

Today’s experience was noteworthy, because my frame broke last night, i walked into the Union Sq store this morning, was greeted by Kim, she picked up a new frame (same model), took the lenses from the broken frame and put them in the new. I was in and out in 15 mins - cost $103 incl tax. Super efficient, friendly and professional service and good value - thanks Kim.

The capable and friendly technical staff is also helpful for service needs. While prices have gone up, they remain a decent value.
