- SFSean-Michael Fleming1 day ago5.0I am/was a first-time Warby Parker customer. Per my optometrist’s prescription, I bought two pair of glasses. I was not happy with them at all! There were three magnifications crammed into too small an area, and the “everyday” vision part was giving tunnel vision vibes. It made me not wear them. In the 11th hour I looked up the expiration date of WP’s 30-day guarantee and reached out to customer service and they kindly granted me an extension. Yesterday I visited the WP location at 3rd Ave & 69th St (NYC) and by the time I left I had renewed faith about buying from WP. Genesis was a-mā-zinggg and answered all my )sometimes) strange questions. They were great - and a prime reason I’m awarding ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️. 😉

Stone faced unhelpful doctor and checkout person who try to get you in and out as fast as possible on a Saturday with 7 employees just standing around slumped over their phones. Don't take Anthem standard vision coverage. Slow service - "maximum" 10-14 days but when I asked the minimum she looked at me like, "how dare you ask a question?" I found another glasses store, with kind helpful service and one-hour service. Got glasses and wonderful frames same afternoon. Warby Parker isn't what it used to be. WP closed a lot of Lenscrafter stores, but they are worse now. NY workers get high minimum wage, free PreK, huge benefits, why are they soulless, unhumane and lack social skills? Go to a local Manhattan eyeglass store where they treat you like a valued customer, not to a chain company.
