  Not good, but rather outstanding. The office staff communicated everything clearly and answered all my questions and concerns. My provider Dr. Bair was incredibly thorough and figured out my issue. Everyone I encountered was professional, office was super clean and spotless. Would return without hesitation if need be. Top notch operation. Very grateful for the care I received.

  If you need a root canal done, this is the place to go! Right away, I felt comfortable with Dr. Resnick who is very knowledgeable, kind and explains everything . You really feel at ease . The staff is so nice and so helpful. Definitely, go to NY City Endodontics!

  Mine was an emergency case and Dr. Ilenikhena stayed late to take care of what we thought would be a root canal. He determined that I had a fracture running the length of my tooth and that the only option was an extraction. He prepped my tooth so that I could return home to Hawaii and have the extraction with my local dentist. He was exceptional and I have only high praise for his skills and warmth. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

  From the very first interaction over the phone, I was made to feel at ease by the wonderful front desk customer service concierge named Rachael. Rachael has a way with people that is simultaneously adept and caring. She single handedly made the experience, dare I say.. enjoyable. It should be a requirement for anyone who works with the public to train under her!! What a pleasure she is! The tooth pain itself is a far more unpleasant thing than the root canal procedure. Dr. Babik has a calm, cool, laid back disposition. He explains what he's doing the entire process and couldn't have been more thorough all the while there was some great rhythm and blues playing! I would give this experience a 100 out of 10! Bravo!
