I walked into the Union square store so defeated and within seconds was fortunately greeted by Ant. He listened to my situation, sat me down and assured me he would get me the clarity and assistance I was looking for. Ant went above and beyond and truly made my week. I couldn't have been treated any better- I was and am still so grateful for his help and generosity. He is so lovely and deserves the world!!! People like that make the world go round.
