The store experience is great - clean, vibrant, bright and always well staffed with knowledgeable and helpful personnel. The selection of frames is excellent, and the salespeople quickly deliver a great selection of appropriate frames for trying out. The capable and friendly technical staff is also helpful for service needs. While prices have gone up, they remain a decent value.

I told them I don’t ever give them my email and I buy from them every year, and the guy decided to talk back to me and give me an attitude about it. What kind of company only sells their stuff to people who give them all their personal info? And let’s be honest, this place isn’t cheap. I’ve spent over $600 here the past 4 years, but best believe this is the last year I get them. I still bought a pair, but never again. Great glasses. Terrible attitudes

Left because they tried to push paying out of pocket when I first entered. Ridiculous
