They haven’t had the glasses I’m looking for on two occasions both time requested different glasses. But I have ordered with them previously. I just had to send back lenses that were scratched pretty badly although they promote scratch free lens. But it was a seamless transaction

My ophthalmologist recommended Warby Parker. We went to the location at Grand Central. We were greeted buy a nice and professional gentlemen his name was Carlos. He explained everything clear and took his time to help us. We were amazed on how everything was very smooth. Now we are just waiting for the merchandise in about 7 to 10 business days. Viva Warby Parker!!!

My office is around the corner and my WP glasses (which I’ve had for over a year) needed a quick and minor repair. I swung by at lunchtime and I was immediately helped, had my glasses fixed and was back to work within 10 minutes. No charge for the repair. I tried to tip but they kindly declined. Thank you to Neil for the quick and friendly help!!
