  Excellent staff. Very clean and comfortable store. Collection of styles was also very good and I liked that they have different widths. The staff showed me how to adjust the nose pads so the glasses would sit better on my face, which I hadn’t even known before.

  Ashana was so amazing and she fixed the loose screw / hinge of my sunglasses and did it in less than a minute. She was so helpful and friendly and now I can wear my sunglasses again without worrying about the loose screw. Can’t wait to wear them again and thanks so much again Ashana!!

  I had an outstanding experience at Warby Parker thanks to Nick and Dorothy. From the moment we walked in, they were warm, attentive, and incredibly patient — especially with my children, which I truly appreciated. Both Nick and Dorothy pulled a wide range of frames tailored to my preferences and thoughtfully guided me through the selection process without any pressure. They made it easy and even fun. On top of that, they proactively checked my insurance, clearly explained my benefits, and handled everything efficiently and seamlessly. The store was well-organized, welcoming, and the service felt genuinely personalized. What could have been a time-consuming errand turned into a smooth, enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this location and especially recommend working with Nick or Dorothy. Exceptional customer service all around. Five stars.
