Too many details to go into but the takeaway was that I received a great deal of support from everyone who I dealt with including the doctor. But the real star of the show was Tay who was the problem solver all along. She was very patient and explained everything multiple times to ensure that I understood what was not working for me and how she figured out the best solutions tailored to my needs. Thank you so much.

- SWShary Wagreich4 days ago5.0I gave this review 5 stars because David, one of the optometrists at this location, took fantastic care of me less than a year ago when I bought my first pair of transitional glasses as well as a pair of prescription sunglasses. I remembered David because he was so wonderfully helpful, sensitive, caring, and professional. He helped me select beautiful frames and determine which size was best for my face. Unfortunately, with my most recent purchase, one of the pairs of glasses had a defect in that the coating on one lens was peeling. David completely understood and remedied the situation to my complete satisfaction for which I am grateful.
