Went on the website, can't find frame so I called WB listed number and got a calling center!!! Agent there had me on hold for 16!!!! minutes to ascertain if I have ever purchased or had fills done - almost as many years as I've been a customer!! That confirmed she sent 3rd ave an email to check based on my physical description to see if staff there remember the gray-haired woman who wanted to buy a pair of glasses. Now I'm waiting for an answer. God forbid I'd left something in the store. Warby Parker do better.
