Dr. Ho conducted the exam and it was effortless to upload the information for my renewal. She prescribed new contacts to address my stigmatism. I tried the new lenses but it turned out they were uncomfortable. Dr Ho tried different lenses until we agreed on the ones that were most comfortable. She was amazing. They refunded my original purchase effortlessly. The professionalism of Dr. Ho and the staff were fantastic.

I walked in at 11:30 and was able to make an appt for the exam at 1pm. When I arrived I was able to have my previous Warby Parker glasses cleaned and adjusted by one of the women on the sales team. The Dr was very friendly, knowledgeable and I was comfortable asking her questions. The sales person helping me with my new glasses was also friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, my experience could not have been better. Thank you!
