Great experience! I've always had a hard time finding glasses that would fit comfortably - I have a low nose bridge and almost every frame bumps into my cheeks. Anderson was super patient with me and had a selection of specific frames for low nose bridge fit and got them adjusted to perfection. Very happy with my new glasses and they were super affordable too.

A horrible establishment just focused on sales as opposed to offering a healthcare service. Staff never really cared about helping my 12 yr old with frames. Pushed for buying prescription lenses and shipping them. Backoffice now cannot find the uploaded prescription or PD measurements taken at store and now questioning the insurance. Spent 3 hours on phone with Customer Service.

triple charged me. I asked the associate the cost, he told me $95, then charged me $161. When I asked about it, they said they would cancel it. Looking at my credit card today, I have a charge for $95 and $161.

I originally went here to renew my driver's license for which I needed an eye exam. Dr. Ho conducted the exam and it was effortless to upload the information for my renewal. She prescribed new contacts to address my stigmatism. I tried the new lenses but it turned out they were uncomfortable. Dr Ho tried different lenses until we agreed on the ones that were most comfortable. She was amazing. They refunded my original purchase effortlessly. The professionalism of Dr. Ho and the staff were fantastic.

Visited Warby Parker on 3rd ave and 69th for my eye exam and to purchase a new pair of reading glasses. I walked in at 11:30 and was able to make an appt for the exam at 1pm. When I arrived I was able to have my previous Warby Parker glasses cleaned and adjusted by one of the women on the sales team. The Dr was very friendly, knowledgeable and I was comfortable asking her questions. The sales person helping me with my new glasses was also friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, my experience could not have been better. Thank you!
