Both very motivating and ready to teach- they love what they do and it shows. The machines are better for sure, and they’re cleaning daily and fix machines asap- those are pretty big things and they’re doing it right !

I worked out a personal training program with coach, Richy because his knowledge and expertise immediately added quality and variety to my workouts. The gym is well kept and people seem to really enjoy being there. Last week on a Thursday evening the place was buzzing with weights and chatting and moving around, it was exciting to be in the middle of it all.
