  My daughter has to have blood drawn every two weeks to monitor new meds she has been put on. Lotika makes this possible. You can only imagine what it is to have blood drawn on a 4 year old every 2 weeks but Lotika makes it possible without it being a nightmare. Since day 1 she has been so patient and caring with my daughter making sure she felt comfortable and safe. The one dah Lotika was off my daughter had blood work drawn and it was such a nightmare that the results were invalid and we had to go back the next day. Thankfully she was in that dah and we drew the blood with not even a single tear !!!!

  Horrible experience. My wife and I walked in, and because our orders for blood work came from NYU, they didn't have them and wouldn't allow us to use their printer. Luckily, there was an NYU office right next door that allowed us to print. Then they allowed everyone that walked in before and after us to go first. We waited over 2 hours to get our blood work. To top it all off, they never sent the results to our doctor. We wasted that whole day to get our results to be ready for our physical, which was 9 days later, all for them to not send them. Never going back!

  I would like to share my appreciation regarding my recent visit for blood work. For years I am often subjected to multiple attempts by different technicians trying to locate my veins for blood work. My 1st visit, today I explained my past lab experiences to Technician Lotika she was patient, polite, reassuring while confidently sharing her single attempt would be successful. She was absolutely right. Her professionalism and calm demeanor truly made a difference and turned what is usually a stressful experience into a very positive one. I sincerely appreciate Lotika kindness and professionalism. She truly made my day😊

  Amazing service! Made an appointment and was seen on time. The phlebotomists found my baby’s, who is 6 months old, vein on the first try. Which is never usually the case for him. The phlebotomists were very friendly and it’s such a shame that people are rude to them.
