  My dad also got a referral and had an appointment made here. The appointment overlapped with another schedule of his so I tried to call numerous times to reschedule for several days and left voicemails. Not once did they pick up the phone or get back to me and so I had to just cancel the appointment trend. I’m not even sure how the appointment was initially made at this point.

  After attempting to call for 5 days and getting sent straight to an automated voice message that said they would call me back after leaving my name and number (they did not), I finally got through. The lady takes my information for 30 minutes and then says i need a referral to make an appointment. I previously sent a referral to them a week ago after being and reiterated that I have already. She then proceeds to say that the referral was “not detailed enough” and I can’t make an appointment. So not only did you not view the referral that I sent within a 7 day period so you could tell me if it “wasn’t enough”, I also got the referral from my dentist so I don’t understand how it’s not “detailed enough”?? Are they able to anything without fisher-price instructions? So despite having a referral and giving my information for 30 minutes, I was unable to even make an appointment to come in. Don’t try scheduling any appointment with this facility as the staff does not respond to phone calls and don’t know what they are doing or how to help anyone.
