    We went seeing this doctor Patrick Scheffler for the kid. We asked a few simple questions: whether a surgery is needed and how long ahead of time should we make the reservation. The whole process is about 5 minutes. He billed us for $1200+. Ridiculous. They show no respect for people working hard to make their ends meet. Go for other ENT doctors or facilities, this place cares only about money.
