  I love this place. I bring both of my children here a 5 year old & now my 1 year old. My son has been Dr. Marciano and the NP there and they were absolutely amazing. Yes it’s a very busy place, yes sometimes the wait can vary but listen as a mom I know my kid needs help so I have to take any good with any bad. My 1 year old has been seeing Dr. Lazare since she was about 5 weeks. This doctor is a gem. She didn’t brush away my concerns like certain doctors do & she actually listened. What I believe people need to keep in mind is that all we see is the front end of it. We don’t see everything that’s going on in the back and all the works that goes into it. We’re all here for the same reasons.. if my kid needs help I’m going to go and get the help. I didn’t have one negative experience, the front isn’t as jolly as other offices and that’s okay not every office is going to feel like the North Pole and smiles everywhere.. but they did help my kids and I’m incredibly grateful.

  They send you a text message confirmation with the facility address in it as a click able link. When you click the link, it takes you to a place where the office is not located. Then, you arrive late to your appointment and are forced to wait for an extended period of time because this office sent you to the wrong place.

  This office is by far the worst establishment I have ever been to. I would leave no stars if it were possible. The Doctors office and staff were very unprofessional, unaccomodating, and downright rude. All they care about is billing your insurance and getting home on time. Absolutely disgusting that a system like Langone would run an office with awful customer service and business practices. Avoid this office like the plague. Don’t stop running until you’ve arrived at a different gastro. If you do go, you get what you deserve. You’ve been warned.
