  I would like to share my appreciation regarding my recent visit for blood work. For years I am often subjected to multiple attempts by different technicians trying to locate my veins for blood work. My 1st visit, today I explained my past lab experiences to Technician Lotika she was patient, polite, reassuring while confidently sharing her single attempt would be successful. She was absolutely right. Her professionalism and calm demeanor truly made a difference and turned what is usually a stressful experience into a very positive one. I sincerely appreciate Lotika kindness and professionalism. She truly made my day😊

  Amazing service! Made an appointment and was seen on time. The phlebotomists found my baby’s, who is 6 months old, vein on the first try. Which is never usually the case for him. The phlebotomists were very friendly and it’s such a shame that people are rude to them.

  This is the worst lab place ever. The wait time for over 1 hour, they work so slow which makes things worse!!! The people here are rude and don’t care about there job

  I went for my 3 Hour Glucose Test. The Check-In Process was seamless from beginning to end. Lotika was the best. She explained everything thoroughly and encouraged me to ask questions. While waiting she also encouraged which was really helpful to get me through the process. I would recommend this lab to anyone because everyone was so welcoming and kind.
