Dr Guang Lee is a great doctor however staff is rude. My mom had an appt to review ct scan results. I called the day before to confirm results were in. I called the office twice, left 2 messages. I was told I would receive a call back. No response. I even called the Imaging center at 611 Northern Blvd to confirm if results were available. I was on hold for 20 minutes, no answer.
Then on the day of the appt at 8:32 am ( the actual appt is 10am), I receive a call from Alyssa telling me no results are in!?? They will cancel appt!? I asked her why are you calling me day off appt? She said she was off the day before, she doesn't know?! I took a day off to take my Mom to this appt. Even if I didn't take her myself, she would have arranged for transportation and would have been in transit when this call was made.
Alyssa was rude, unempathetic and didn't seem to comprehend my frustration. She told me she didn't appreciate my attitude, referred me to a manager and hung up!??
Do better Northwell! Absolutely unacceptable.

I came in just for ear wax cleaning & waited an hour from my appointment time. The place was packed with barely any space to sit & no consideration for ppl that suffer from anxiety. There is a reason I scheduled an appointment so I dont have to wait in a crowd. Requested the rude front desk if I can wait in the car & they can call when its time to be seen. They declined cuz they rather be yapping. Doctor was friendly but billed alot of stuff that wasn't discussed with me & I had 0 clue about. I hope they can stop cheating patients & thinking of us as some stupid idiots that dont have any clue about these stuff. Im surprised this is the professionalism of northwell facility. I came here expecting top tier experience. Very disappointed.

Absolutely ridiculous staff.
All of them are rude, untrained, and ignorant.
I was called and asked a bunch of questions, which i answered before booking the appointment my child's provider referred him for. All of which was made difficult by the very condescending receptionist. Almost a week later, after we have made arrangements with work and sitters, an extremely rude person calls saying she thinks the other person booked the appointment wrong? Why does she have an attitude with me when it's her and her staff causing problems for other people? I said fine can I be booked for the correct appointment on that same day as my husband already changed his work and she says no, it's not available. Okay… when is available I asked and she places me on hold. Then states she needs to ask me questions before she can view the schedule? What? Then she proceeds to ask me the very same questions I answered already. I ask if she can just tell me the dates available and she says no harshly. I'm tell her this is ridiculous as this is their mistake and she's now being difficult and she rudely says she didn't cause the problem??? Does this place not train the staff on accountability? It doesn't matter who made the mistake. Calling with an attitude when someone from your team made a mistake is wrong. You should first apologize and try to fix the problem, not irritate a mother of a newborn child. Freaking ridiculous. Then when I tell this person I don't care who made the mistake she hung up the phone? This company is so ridiculous. How can I trust my children to be seen here if the staff is rude and can't do their work well?
