  Whoever answered the phone was rude and unprofessional, she cut me off while I was trying to explain the situation and she just hung up the phone. Front desk behavior should not reflect on the physicians there but COURTESY goes a long way.

  I’d like to give 5 stars to Dr. Dena Daglian. She did a marvelous job diagnosing an emergency asthma attack I had and told me it was a cardiac issue. My cardiologist performed an echo which revealed a defective valve. The 1 star is for the lack of any communication protocol while she was away. Horrible communication. I called for 3 days to get a refill and still no refill. I’m all out. If I were her I’d find a more reputable group. The medical office support shouldn’t reflect on the doctor. This is a NORTHWELL HEALTH Corporation. I will search for a reliable group and hopefully find a pulmonologist as good as Dr. Daglian.

  Staff is unprofessional and care less. I often see the front desk busy chatting among themselve. Appointments are hard often 1 month down the road. Dont recommend coming here if you have chronic disease that need constant appointments. Received an voice mail around 8:30 am on the day of my appointment. It was to cancel my appointment cuz technicisn is out and need to call back for reschdule. I called back and the voice recording said to call back during business hour, which is 9:00. I called around 9:45 and the staff literally said he just got in and wasnt aware that one of the technician was out. The earliest appointment I could get is in a month. Basically I am putted at the end of the queue. Shouldnt I be squeezed in ealrier when you cancel my appointment. What if it is something urgent? Two weeks wait is okay. Waiting another another month is ridiculous.
