  I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent visit to this clinic. I was 30 minutes late for my antepartum appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, the staff made sure I was the very last patient to be seen — as if to punish me. This felt deliberate, dismissive, and completely lacking in compassion. What makes this even more concerning is that I was diagnosed with polyhydramnios just a week prior — a high-risk condition that requires close monitoring and timely care. Instead of being treated with urgency or at least basic decency, I was made to wait unnecessarily, while other patients who arrived after me were prioritized and seen before me. This is not how you treat any patient, let alone someone with a known complication. There was no sense of empathy, no consideration for my medical situation, and absolutely no professionalism from the front desk staff. If your clinic claims to provide maternal care, you should be equipped to handle real-life complications and delays with a degree of understanding — not passive-aggressive scheduling. I left feeling humiliated, stressed, and deeply concerned about continuing my care here. Pregnant women deserve better, especially those facing high-risk conditions. I will be reconsidering where I receive my prenatal care going forward, and I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to your staff and management.

  Dr. Sample-Harris is the best. She puts your needs in front. She listens to your concerns and gives you many options and time to make a decision. She makes you actually feel in charge of your health.

  Dr Nicole Sample-Harris is the best! She listens, asks questions and talk over options with you. The staff is friendly and does their job well. You may have to wait but it’s because they are doing their jobs well.

  I had an appointment at 12 I was seen at 1:00 pm. The nurse practitioner whose name is Tiana Rodrigues has no patience at all. She was looking at her smart watch many times during the exam. She was not very respectful to us. During the exam she wasn’t giving the instructions with patience and kindness. I don’t recommend her at all!
