I have been trying to schedule an appointment to see an oral surgeon for evaluation (with the referral of a dentist) for almost 3 weeks. Four times I called the number and pressed the menu button for oral surgery. The first two times the phone just rang and no one picked up. At the end of the ringing it instructed me to leave a message, which I did not do the first two times. By the third day and time, I was fed up so I left a message with my contact information; I waited a couple days and no one bothered to call me back. I called a fourth time and someone finally picked up. She instructed me to email them the referral from my dentist and told me the first appointment with someone will be mid-December, I said no problem even though this is a couple months away. I scanned my form and sent the email with all my information; no one contacted me even after more than a week. I sent a second email forwarding the first email to them letting them no this was my second attempt and waited another half a week, again, nothing. Do not bother with this hospital or these people, at least in the oral surgery department. This is more than rude, unprofessional, and ridiculous. I will take my business somewhere that gives a damn and can return client phone calls and emails. I'm sorry I wasted over three weeks of my life waiting for these low life's. Good thing I am not in pain.
