  Was going to join this practice my daughters specialist recommended this practice very glad I did not they are very rude when booking or asking questions I asked for a medical release form apparently this office is too big or busy as I was told for them to obtain medical records on their own and then I was told that this is how its done I promise you I use optum and I use Catholic Health services I have NEVER brought a medical record to any of them it was that moment I said this isnt the office for me my daughter is medically complex I have switched from Northwells pediatric Gastro and I have switched from Northwells pediatric endocrinologist it seems to be a negative trend with northwell providers

  RUN, don’t walk, far away from this office. The front desk receptionists are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They act like they are doing you a favor when booking your next appointment. They have the nastiest attitude and I felt belittled every time I had to speak to them. My baby was seen by a resident doctor every time, and the attending doctor only comes in at the end for 30 seconds. I was not even able to make an appointment for a specific doctor so it’s just a free for all who your child will be seeing. Not to mention, the parking lot is a disaster. My last straw with this office is they could not even offer my baby an appointment for their next dose of vaccines, until a whole month after the recommended timeline. Mind you, I tried to make this appointment two months ahead of time and they still do not have any openings.

  Dr. Jasmine is not good with babies. She over talks and is not helpful at all. As a parent I don't like the way she dealt with me as a parent or my child.
