  The nurses is very disrespectful and have an attitude like if we did something, and I am only here for my granddaughter to be born, I wouldn’t recommend any person to of color to come here

  I have been on the phone waiting for one hour and six minutes calling from Atlanta. I finally gave up. My question would have lasted no longer than 30 seconds. I'm sure even the hospital staff would agree this was far too long a wait. I understand busy but today's phone systems are very efficient, sometimes you have to hit the hold button to better handle the high volume of traffic. I'm writing based on 25 years experience on a high traffic system. I called back but same thing. Honestly I don't know what to do.

  This hospital likes to delete Google reviews especially if you mentioned doctor's names. Two, this hospital made nearly 54,000 on my bcbs Medicaid in 11/2025 I had to come back here and demand help They only kept me because they saw on the MRI it grew within a month this is blood I was walking around in my vagina with .. robotic hysterectomy done by the chief GYN surgeon because I had a outpatient elective hysterectomy I wanted overnight in the hospital but he wouldn't do it May 13th 2025 by the chief GYN surgeon. I literally had a vaginal blood bulge that was growing in my left side of my vaginal wall It grew within a month of me begging for it MRI which he gave in October My new y'all I was walking around with blood filling in my vagina on the left side for 5 months after my hysterectomy .. I sat in this filthy ER for nearly two days even when I was admitted no room only my own room in the ER... I cannot believe this hospital made this much money I didn't even get food within those two days I literally had to ask for a sandwich so I wouldn't starve. Fast forward February 26th I return to this ER because I found out I had SLE LUPUS recently and this doctor operated on me twice and became silent once he was done fixing his mistake from me having a complication like I had two surgeries less than a year apart. I just started treatment w a private rheumatologist had a fever one nurse name joemelle a black nurse He stuck a iv in my arm gave me morphine and toradol swollen my arm up so bad and I showed him multiple times and he was just like okay we'll watch it I came back here on March 8 saw him again ... He dapped me up .. This hospital is so dismissive they make millions ... There was one PA I came across on 2.11.26 bc she was the most heartless PA I ever met in my life, quick to dismiss and if you become upset I could see she would only care if you were really dying wouldn't care if you were generally in pain. This is the third review that I've left about this hospital let's see if they delete this. Northwell is REALLY greedy and if they loose their contract with the state They are going to lose a lot of patience bc 54,000 dollars for two days I sat wasn't given pain meds on time only when nurses felt like coming by because they got tired of you ringing call bell or popping out of the room Not to mention while I was there for those two days I had been sexually harassed numerous times nothing was done about it but whatever

  THIS HOSPITAL IS WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN AND STAFF IS GREAT AND AMAZING. I LOVE THIS HOSPITAL

  The adult emergency department is extremely slow. It has been more than four hours, and we still haven’t been called inside. There are no chairs available to sit my mom is 70 Years old . This hospital used to be great, but unfortunately, the service is not the same anymore!!
