When I entered the ER with my dad, it looks all newly renovated and service felt faster. However, horrible service. One nurse says they are doing Angiogram and after the shift change the next nurse says something completely different. They kept him two days as of now and barely did any test. At this point, I’m rethinking of moving him to a different ER. I can’t believe I used to admire this ER dept in LIJ. Nurses are super rude and very unprofessional

Friendly medical staff. While the department felt a little disorganized (as expected for an ER), the registration team seemed unhappy with their jobs and need better customer service.

The EMS worker Johnson, Badge number 7985 in Ambulance 6M96 was atrocious. I was suffering from extreme anxiety and my blood pressure was stroke level at 183/104. This EMS worker was disrespectful, wouldn’t take my insurance cards and had absolutely no empathy. I am seeking a formal complaint once I get out of my anxiety funk and honestly, the way he treated me was a critical fail. I was admitted 1/17/26. Get him out of healthcare. He is who America can do without.
Need to provide more privacy during initial assessment. Lack of privacy. They were asking personal questions infront of others. Didn't like tgat
