They never answer the phone. I’ve called more than five times at various times and days to reschedule. I even left several voice messages with my contact information and nothing.

Being written for Jimmy ( James ) D'Esposito, having been through yet another surgery procedure on July 22nd, 2025 at Northwell L.I.J. by Dr Salama and Dr Ganry, Jimmy can't speak highly enough of Dr Salamas P.A. Juspry/Jess due to her amazing show of compassion and comforting when he was in the beginning process of this surgery and became anxious on the operating table, Juss noticed this and walked from around several people and came over to him and held his hand to calm and relax him, it showed how caring of a person she is, it helped him tremendously in this moment, and how genuinely nice and helpful she is when he is reaching out for help via email to the doctors when he had concerning questions about his healing condition, always a truly pleasant and friendly person when he goes in for follow ups, and to mention yet another wonderful person senior secretary Marilyn Carabajo, always helpful through phone calls and emails and always asking how he and his family are doing and his conditions progress, a completely wonderful and caring groups and teams at this hospital, he can't say enough for the overwhelming care that he has received every time.

The lady who answered the phone in the adult general dental clinic when I called at 9:16am on 8/9/2024 was very rude. I called to schedule a cleaning and she said they aren’t accepting appointments at the time. I asked her if there are any other northwell locations that are and she said she doesn’t know. I asked if she could transfer me to anyone who could help and she said no. So I asked her if there is anyone in the hospital who had a list of different locations because I have called before for my doctors appointment and they were able to give me a different location with a northwell doctor. She then said very rudely that she will transfer me to the operator. The operator transferred me to dentistry. A man in the cohen children’s dentist department answered and he gave me a number for the manhasset location. Your staff really needs to be changed cause this customer service is disgusting. The dentists are amazing but most of the scheduling team terrible.

Good luck getting them on the phone. I left seven messages between my appointment on Monday until today, which is Friday, because they were supposed to call in 2 prescriptions for the abscess infection in my jaw and never did. The receptionist finally answered today and said she heard all my messages...but no one did anything. No one called me back and no one called in the prescriptions that were prescribed for my infection for an entire week. Even though they heard my messages. Don't go here if you can avoid it. The rest of the hospital looks so nice...but the dental clinic is like a dirty dungeon.
Never pick up the phone been calling for 3 weeks and left voice mail also emails and no one gets back .
