- DKDespina KFeb 18, 20265.0I’ve been coming to this Pilates studio since 2021 and it’s been such a great experience from day one. The space is always clean, the equipment is up-to-date, and you can really tell the owners care about their members and the overall vibe of the studio. I’ve taken great classes with George, Maria, Dawn, and Christine based on my schedule, but all the instructors are very knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive. They’re invested in helping their members feel stronger and healthier. The front desk staff also deserve a shoutout because they’re always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, I’m really grateful to have found this studio. I’m looking forward to many more sessions here. Wishing the whole team continued success!

- OPO PFeb 14, 20265.0Since I started a month ago I’ve been attending classes at least 5x/wk. I love that EVERY class is different and I’m getting a full body workout! I find the classes fun, challenging and building core strength. The teachers walk around ensuring that you are in correct form and maximizing your workout. I love that they have later classes because during the week I can’t make a class earlier than 7:30p. I look forward to every class, never thought I would find an exercise regime that I would love so much and stick to! Try the free introductory class. You won’t regret!

With how my work schedule plays out, I typically take classes with Jorge or Maria O and they are both INCREDIBLE (as are the other instructors that I’ve taken classes with). All of the teachers really challenge you in a motivating & safe way that gets your muscles shaking!
