  I was called in to check for high risk pregnancy I got there 30 minutes before the appointment and they made me wait for almost 2 hours while other women where coming in and out in matter of minutes It could be racism no idea but I was starting to get anxiety attack so I told the lady I’ve got to go I was already in tears. Was there 2 times before they never even say hello and treat me like a was not welcome Witch I didn’t mind much since I was there for baby check up But today I got upset since i was the only Latina there and everyone else was being taking care of nicely and I was there just waiting for god knows what for them to take me in anyway I left and take a good cry.

  From booking my appointment to the moment I left the office my experience was nothing short of exemplary. I was greeted with a smile and staff that took the time to listen to my concerns and tried their very best to address each one. When my OB told me my baby was measuring on the small side my heart sank. I had the privilege of seeing the women in this office and turning my frown upside down. My sonographer Lori Johansson explained the growth and percentiles my baby was benchmarking. Dr. Melissa Chu-Lam explained the trending growth of my baby as an individual compared to growth patterns we would look for if there were to be a developmental problem. The receptionist Charmaine even went out of her way to find me information. If I could give more stars I would. Can’t thank them each enough.
