  I need to verify a RX for the pharmacy. Hold times are ridiculous. I'm not sure about the service there, but it is hard to reach anyone.

  Great and quick. All studies are done at location so I don’t have to jump from office to office. Dr. Kulkarni is a great doctor. She asked my daughter many questions and made sure she was thoroughly checked before leaving the premises. The only issue I had was with the secretary. Smart mouth and nasty attitude. That would make anyone walk out of that facility.* I saw a few review before commenting but I can truly say I didn’t wait that long. But everyone has had their own experiences and this was mine.

  I don’t understand why they even make appointments if they’re going to have people waiting for HOURS after their appt is scheduled. Terrible experience. I expect better from Northwell.
