  very exceptional service i been to many hospitals and this one felt different with the staff being the UTMOST efficient had to wait a while but it was all worth it thanks for the food water and other amenities plus the staff were very nice and friendly. and shoutout to cohen children’s staff W

  Pues a mi en lo particular no tengo ninguna queja las enfermeras muy profesionales en todo estoy muy agradecida a mi me trajeron en ambulancia y jamas a mi nene los paramedics le pusieron agujas nada que ver el hospital antes de subirnos hicieron todo y nada que ver no tengo ninguna queja mi hijo tiene lukimia y muy professionals en todo y agradecida primeramente con Dios

  Excelente lugar! Me transfirieron de emergencia a este hospital y le dieron mucha prioridad al caso de mi hijo. Todo bien pero le doy 4 estrellas porque las enfermeras no le encontraron la vena a mi hijo y lo pincharon demasiadas veces… Eso no me gusto para nada, si de un principio no se la encontraron hubieran llamado al medico que si se la encontró de una sola vez. Esta bien, yo entiendo que pueden ser practicantes de enfermera pero ya eran demasiadas veces. Tampoco algo que no me gusto y no me pareció para nada fue que la paramédica que nos llevaba en la ambulancia estuvo intentando encontrarle la vena pero había regresado de afuera con un olor a cigarro exagerado… De lo contrario todo estuvo excelente.

  The absolute worst experience we had yesterday. We waited over 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room after our daughter was vomiting nonstop. We finally get taken into the back. The nurse does not come in and do any basic vital signs for over an hour. I had to hook her up personally to all the equipment. We waited over nine hours for them to tell us that our daughter had a stomach bug. The lab took over four hours just to get her urine sample back. Pure laziness and lack for any patient care at all. I'm completely ashamed to say that I work for this healthcare organization. We were treated like a second class citizen at best. The triage nurse Amret Rama was completely unprofessional and rude. The staff on the Thursday midnight shift have no bedside manners and should be immediately removed from working at this hospital. A terrible experience.
