  My dad recently passed away at the age of 97 and did not want any home care from anyone other than a family member, and I live out of state. When he finally agreed a year ago, we were blessed to have Mariella take care of him 5 days a week, and when he needed more, we then added Joy on the weekends. Both of these women were excellent care providers. They felt like family to my dad and to me. Aging in place is very difficult for the person needing help and for the family to have the right help. I highly recommend Home Instead, Staten Island if you need care for your loved one. Thank you for taking wonderful care of my dad.❤️

  My mother had a slow but progressive form of dementia. Our wish was to have care for her at home for as long as possible. Home Instead allowed us to provide 24/7 care for her for just over 15 years. For most of this time we had two dedicated aides, Claudette and Sharon, who assisted her in every aspect of her daily life. She lived with dignity and passed away at home. We could not be more grateful.

  Home Instead of Staten Island went above and beyond to ensure that my mom's needs were met. Their aides are wonderful and the entire staff is very responsive and caring.

  Home Instead took great care of my mom for about 1.5 years. The care givers were wonderful competent people and the office was very diligent about providing proper coverage. I highly recommend them.

  Jackie and her staff were very caring, informative and helpful. The care giver they provided for my father was excellent. We needed someone who could drive and they were able to accommodate that request plus, the hours and days we wanted.
