  I have been going to Quest in New City for years. They have definitely improved in facilitating patient appts. I usually make an appt as patients with scheduled appts are taken first of all. I like Quest in New City, NY

  Technician was amazing!!! I didn't even notice when he put the needle in to take my blood. This was the first time in my whole life somebody was that talented that I didn't feel a thing. This man was truly blessed with extreme talent to be able to that. Especially to a person who has Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Small Fiber Peripheral Neuropathy. Even taking my blood pressure makes me cry from the pain. If there was an award for the best technician in the world this man would win it in a heartbeat. I'm extremely grateful to him.

  Loved the phlebotomist - she made my day. She was extremely busy but her expertise was thorough and filled with patient support.
