  Terrible Service untrained employees. Practice makes you wait for scheduled appointment by 20 Minutes and passive aggressive employees doctor and x ray techs were great though .

  The front desk was friendly and very helpful. Daniel the dental assistant was so nice and so sweet. Dr. Fugazy made me feel relaxed because of her demeanor. I was a bit stressed bc I was going to get an extraction but she put me at ease. The most painful part was the shots bc they were a doozy. The extraction didn’t take long but a few minutes. She answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was bothering her. Julia also was so sweet and she was funny too. The experience at South Bedford was stellar. Now I’ll be getting a follow up and then the implant in a few months which I’m looking forward to getting this finally done. The only thing I would say is they didn’t send me home with some Ibuprofen bc on the way home the local started wearing off and I was in pain. They said the pharmacy that I was to pick up my antibiotics included the Ibuprofen but it wasn’t included.

  This has been my second time at South Bedford oral surgery. It was a push in appointment to remove a molar. Dr. Seth Greenberg and his Assistant were amazing! I have high anxiety when it comes to dentist visits. They both assured me that I would be given enough local and it would be painless. After assuring me that my mouth would be anestized and I would be fine, the tooth removal was AMAZING! Kudos to the whole staff at this establishment and I would certainly recommend this place. The facility is 100 percent clean. Kudos to the whole team.

  I had a really great experience at South Bedford. I met with Dr. Baker for a consultation for my wisdom teeth. He was attentive, compassionate, and listened to all my questions & concerns. The day of my wisdom teeth surgery, he eased my worries and performed my surgery quickly and painlessly. The assistant who was there for my surgery was amazing as well - she took care of me before and after the surgery, down to the littlest details of having my sweatshirt and glasses ready for when I woke up from anesthesia. I have a follow up appointment soon, and I will be expressing my gratitude again to Dr. Baker and his staff for being so amazing.
