  I called radiology number multiple times and each time I was put on hold for long time until i gave up. I never was able to speak to a human being. I tried online booking. The staff left a voice mail and left the same number for me to call back. Again I was put on hold and after about 15min, I had to give up. What a terrible experience.

  Beginning at the end of February until I concluded my Radiation Therapy on Monday, April 1st, I was treated to the most genuine care and nurturing that I could have imagined. I was fortunate that my Northwell "Medical Team" discovered the return of my cancer in its early stage, which resulted in me requiring a very short period of therapy. Dr. Narayana and his staff provided me with compassionate care and provided me with answers to any questionas and concerns that I had. At no time was I ever anxious nor did I feel stressed because everyone was so supportive and all maintained a sense of humor. When I stuck the Gong to celebrate, I did feel relieved and was overcome with gratitude and appreciation for the beautiful people that cared for me in the Radiology Department. Thank you Rod Mergardt
