  I’ve always used this Quest because I love locally but the past couple of times I’ve been disappointed. There is a newer worker, maybe there for 6 months or so, and she always gives an attitude when you hand her the lab slip- like you’re bothering her by being there- and today it took her over 20 minutes to enter an order for 5 tests. I’ve never experienced such a thing and I get my labs done often! Please replace with someone qualified!

  Staff at Quest Diagnostic at Stevens Ave, Mt Vernon are very professional and efficient. I've been using this lab for over 3 years, they are always courteous and very professional.

  Trevor is the best! I have two special needs kids and this location has always been welcoming. I feel very lucky because I’m already struggling, dreading the fact my kids hate needles. Thank you, thank you!

  7am this morning, nobody was in Question, spoke with the gentleman, before patient arrived, he said after the next, he lied , I was the only person in there, never again will I get blood drawn from this place, I will visit a hospital and quest will lose patience. The hospital is quicker and respectful
