The staff needs to learn to print out paperwork and look at the insurance before clients come in. I did not get my glasses there and got them online instead. He had the nerve to tell me to call the insurance company myself and took a client before me while I called the insurance. He was looking at the paperwork I filled the day before that day. Who does that? Is that place really that busy that 2 clerks can’t look at paperwork? But the eye doctor is good at what she does, so I’ll still go there. Until they have new clerks, they will stay at a 3 for me.
