  We absolutely love this office ! It’s so hard to find a good pediatrician today . We have 3 kids two teens and now a newborn and we feel like first time parents lol double checking every little thing with our son We can’t express how thankful we are for all at this office especially Dr.Hofilena , Dr. Balsano , and Janice over in the Islandia office we would and have recommended them to anyone with children oh and the way that office is set up for sick and infants are separated is so great we don’t have to worry so much it’s just great 😊 thanks again for being such awesome drs and staff !

  Unfortunately I have ti give this practice 1 star but would give zero if I could. The front desk staff are ALWAYS rude and they almost sound sarcastic and condescending on the phone. The providers are never consistent with care because their schedules are filled or inconsistent and it makes it difficult when my child has to be switched around to different provides in the office. Most sick visits ends up being a waste of time because nothing is done ever done. I’ve had a lot better service from the Islandia location. Their staff shows compassion which the Mt. Sinai staff lacks.

  Switched over from the garden city office to Mount Sinai as we moved nearby. The office is by far way nicer, accommodating and very efficient. Love the staff and doctors here.

  We recently switched pediatricians to cohens in Mt Sinai and the staff is so amazing, easy to make appointments, hours are great, we have only seen Dr mangini so far a couple of times and she is an amazing doctor and my son loves her! So happy we finally found a great office !
