What started out as Great has turned into a NIGHTMARE. BE WARNED: AWFUL INEXPERIENCED STRETCH LABS WORKERS.
My "Flexologist" MEG inflicted bodily harm causing cervical pain and cervical issues that can only be explained by a person not properly trained and licensed in their discipline couples with a reckless and irresponsible disregard for their clients. Masseuses are licensed to practice the same as barbers and manicurists are. The work MEG performed on me can only be explained by someone inexperienced and not licensed to industry standards I take the bodily harm, pain and suffering I am currently enduring at the hands and cause of MEG very seriously. In fact, it became necessary for me to see an orthopedic neck specialist to administer trigger point injections to both sides of my neck and a Rx for prednisone to begin the healing process. In addition, I require Physical Therapy for the next 6 weeks to get over this disaster. I am hopeful for a speedy recovery so this nightmare can be left behind.
Reckless and irresponsible - clearly not good. I immediately cancelled my membership and suggest in the strongest way possible you stay away lest you risk the potential for severe harm the same as me!
Thank you for your reply and redacted detail of the response I received that you choose to share for your self-serving interests.
FYI, I started Physical Therapy today with a Licenses Doctor of PT. The initial assessment: Over Pressure and Over Stretching. The confidence initially in Stretch Lab was violently removed when your "Flexologist" Meg went WAY TOO FAR.

As for my response to the email I received from one of the owners of the StretchLab franchise in Mt. Kisco , who is also the attorney for the studio (Name Redacted) you chose to omit, here it is:
Thank you for your reply with your position and credentials.
To be factually correct, your accommodation is empty. When I signed up it was represented to me by your staff and confirmed by email from your staff that I was on a month to month membership that I may cancel at any time of my choosing as long as that happens seven days before the monthly billing cycle charge takes. Therefore, your “accommodation we have agreed to terminate your membership agreement” is empty with nothing reall nothing accommodated.
With regard to the remainder of your comments contained, you are entitled to your opinion the same as I am entitled to mine however; the facts remain the facts. As you know, litigation is meant for the court room and not in an exchange of emails. I am hopeful litigation will not be necessary; I find that would be a needless waste of time and a distraction to both our lives not to mention that would mean my condition caused at the hands of Meg has not resolved.
What I do know is Meg pulled and stretched my neck so much that I am still suffering from last Sunday’s experience, four days later! The injury is inhibiting and restricting my daily life functions. I already spoke with my Primary Care Physician the other day and will call later today to take him up on the next step he suggested if my condition doesn’t self-resolve and seek a specialist’s opinion.
For your information Pre-Covid19, I was an active gym participant working with private instructors 3 or 4 times per week for many years. I know when someone goes too far and when someone does not.
