  I drove straight from work to come here utterly exhausted and my daughters been having vision issues and headaches and it was our legal right to be seen 8 minutes above our appointment, but they did not see us saying we had to be 15 minutes early from our appointment so they weren’t going to see this although they never informed us about this requirement ..Their staff were incredibly rude and they seemed as if they are attacking me verbally right as my daughter watching ! I do not recommend this place at all. The so called manager even came and continue yelling .. what a Disaster ! Northwell you could do better ! these people are not competent to be working at Northwell let alone front desk and customer support !!!

  Horrible staff, didn’t let me in because i was 5 minutes over time! They said i should have gotten there 15 minutes early but never told me this in advance although they claim to…they are very unprofessional

  If I could put zero stars I would! The front desk employees have zero respect and courtesy for the patient coming in ! So disrespectful and so inappropriate so rude ..Highly not recommended at ALL !
