  DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC AT ALL-- While Dr. Bennett is OK- everything else is a disaster. From the first phone call in asking them a very specific question in regards to our embryos that were created at another facility we were told with a resounding YES, even the mosaics would be transferred into their tissue bank. OK Great AWESOME let's keep our journey going. The ultrasound tech is gentle and kind-- the nurse is OK but everyone else leaves zero to desire. The billing dept had multiple issues reading my previous records which EVERYTHING was in the records we had sent over as well as the records our previous clinic had. All of this back and forth and saying the information they needed wasn't in there only for me to re-read everything and have to show them where in the records what they "needed" and where it was in the records to get everything started. After that disaster we should have left but figured we are already in this might as well continue. Due to our unique situation they forced me to talk to there geneticist which is completely out of pocket and proved to be a complete waste of 90 mins for many reasons but also for the fact that he did NOT mention that Northwell does not accept mosaic embryos at ALL. Which is another strike to which they could have TOLD us. The phlebotomist is terrible would have to stick me multiple times and I would be bruised and sore for weeks. The office is dirty, old and just not welcoming at all. The final strike was being told that due to policy for my FET my mosaics would NOT be allowed to be transferred into me without the eupiloids first which OK fine-- lets try them and then the subsequent day to our horror finding out they also meant NO MOSAIC embryos are transferred to the tissue bank at ALL. They had AMPLE time to tell us but they did NOT and now we have wasted so much time and money because they were not FORTHRIGHT to begin with. You can't get in touch with the Dr's, everything is bureaucracy and incredibly expensive for sub par care. Do not waste your time or money here. An apology does NOT suffice in this scenario. Consumer be aware.

  I have received bill after bill from them with no explanation. I paid in full for my procedure prior to it. Since then, I’ve been billed hundreds of dollars and I’ve reached out to their billing department at least 20 times. I called them. I left voicemails. I wrote them a physical letter. i wrote emails. I put in a request on the website. I cannot get any person to call me back about this.The one time I received a call back, I missed the call. They never answered my calls ever again.
