  Whoever is answering the phones at this hospital would be better suited to work somewhere that doesn’t require minimal behavioral skills. Really outrageous behavior for someone working in the medical field handling patients. Northwell should train their staff more on what attitude is appropriate when dealing with the public. Politely asking a nurse a question about insurance should not warrant them to lose their temper and tell a patient to call the finance department before hanging up the phone. Very inappropriate

  Wish I was joking. Just treid to call both numbers the hopsital responded with and neither answered. Came to the emergency room due to head pain. Was seen quick. They gave me 3 different pain meds. When I asked if there were side effects the nurse who was attending me just said "all medications have side effects" or something along those lines. Its 3:30, not even 24 hours later and I've been having chest pain/bad side effects, and I dont even know what to expect it honestly could be unrelated but I wouldn't know because satff couldn't be bothered to describe the effects of any of the three medications they were treating me with to me. The pain is also back. Worse. I went to pick up my prescriptions ealier (7pm) not too early, and there was nothing ordered.

  I’ve accompanied two people at various times to the Northern Westchester Hospital emergency room. Each time I have been grateful for the caregivers and impressed with the efficiency and professionalism there. Kudos to the entire team, and thank you for your service to the community!

  once again they were very kind to me. Thank you. I actually drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to this hospital. There's not really good things happening at a lot of the local ERs. This one here has it down it take the time to listen I have a lot going on and then he just shuffle me out the door like a hamburger at McDonald's. Thank you so much tending to my needs
