Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Chan went far above what was expected of her. I absolutely will be coming back here for my annual visit. I was much more satisfied here than with my ophthalmologist at Optum.

The optometrist was incredibly kind and highly competent — truly excellent care!!!
However, the woman at the front desk wasn’t as warm or welcoming. I arrived about 10 minutes late and was curtly told that I “should have called to let them know.” While I understand that’s fair, it was more about the tone — it came across as cold rather than understanding.
On a positive note, I really appreciated that, unlike many other places, they didn’t pressure me to buy frames or lenses from them and were happy to provide the prescription and let me go.
