The doctors are excellent, but the front desk staff is difficult to reach and not very helpful. Phone calls are often met with an unwelcoming tone, as if you are inconveniencing them. Unfortunately, this creates a negative overall experience and reflects poorly on the office. I would consider other options.

Worthless… The doctors are nice, but everything else is horrible and you can’t get help when you need it, follow-ups don’t happen, and you’re left going to urgent care or ER due to no/late responses. Called multiple times today for an x-ray on my child with no response. I finally got in touch with someone now in the late afternoon who told me at this point they wouldn’t get the results today, there were no doctors there today in any case, and to take child to ER if we were really worried. I didn’t know a doctor’s office could be this horrible…
Dr. Buetti and the nursing team are absolutely fantastic, and we’ve had great experiences with them. Unfortunately, the front desk staff has been a huge disappointment and has made it impossible for us to continue as patients. The staff is consistently rude, disorganized, and difficult to work with. Scheduling appointments feels like a challenge, and follow-up calls are often forgotten despite being promised. For example, I’ve had to call repeatedly to get a prescription filled, and even then, it wasn’t processed correctly. I’ve visited two different pharmacies in the past few weeks only to find that the prescription was never sent over.
What made this situation even more frustrating was the poor customer service I received from Mercedes, who was not only unhelpful but also gave me an attitude—something I’ve experienced multiple times now. To add to the problems, we've had appointments scheduled only to show up and find out they've been lost or mixed up, and I’ve even been contacted about the wrong child before, which is a potential HIPAA violation.
It’s truly unfortunate because we love Dr. Buetti, but the front desk staff’s inefficiency and lack of professionalism are forcing us to find a new pediatrician. It’s a shame that their poor service is driving away loyal patients.
