I came in only to drop off a test, but I was told that I could not leave it unless I had an appointment. I was then instructed to make an appointment using the machine there, and only after doing that would they accept it.
After scheduling the appointment, I explained to the nurse that the appointment was already in the system and kindly asked if they could take the sample. She told me that she was the only staff member there, the waiting room was full, and that I would have to wait several hours until she had time to take it.
This process was extremely inconvenient, especially since I was only dropping off a test and not receiving any actual service. The instructions were unclear, and the overall experience felt unnecessarily difficult and poorly managed.
I have to wait maybe a little bit. but it was worth!
I never had such a professional and smooth blood test in my life!!!

I went into the lab at 1:15 and nobody took me until 2:30! My appointment was 1:30. They had 1 woman and needed more people working there in Monroe! At least 20 people were in the lobby when I entered it! I consider it a fire hazard for everybody! Some people came after I was there awhile and the woman took them right inside! It is not fair to people with an appointment! I was not treated right at all and now I feel disgusted and do not want to go back! I hope in the future they come up with a better plan! Also, too many people on the same day!

Bad place! Made us wait over a hour for the appointment just for them to tell us if we don’t have the paper you cannot go in the back which Chrystal run never told us. Very small waiting room which isn’t good either. Wasted a ton of time and not helpful

Very disappointing experience. I came in for a simple stool test drop-off while dealing with a family medical situation and was told I’d need to wait 1–2 hours. For a basic drop-off, that’s unreasonable. The lack of urgency and empathy made an already stressful situation much worse. In a medical setting, staff should show more professionalism and compassion than what you’d expect at the DMV
