  Everything is excellent at this facility with one exception---the very tall Hispanic maintenance employee who, for some reason, doesn't like me or my husband. Everytime we go for a doctor's appointment, she constantly harasses us by listening intently to our conversation, stalking us in the parking lot and making derogatory statements to me and my husband. On 7/13/22, when I had finished seeing my doctor for a follow-up, we sat in the adjacent room near the elevator. My husband was in the process of making a phone call to a taxi service to take us home when a group of Hispanic people arrived and took their seats opposite us. A young male child kept harassing us by screaming loudly; the mother making absolutely no attempt to tell the child to shut up. My husband almost lost the call because of it. These people had no appointment with any doctor but chose to sit there and have the kid harass us. The child stomped his feet, banged his hands on the railing and acted like a real fool. My husband and I became so annoyed and disgusted that we left the building. My husband and I were in the parking lot discussing other matters when we saw the Hispanic employee. She walked to the other side of the parking lot entrance and stayed there. After the taxi cab picked us up and proceeded to take us back to our destination, we saw her walking back to the facility. We believe that she was not only trying to eavesdrop on us but reporting to someone about us on her phone. If your facility has surveillance cameras in the parking lot, you have evidence of this event. My husband and I are sick and tired with her. I am a patient receiving care in your facility. REGARDLESS, I will continue to come to your facility whether this Hispanic woman likes it or not. My husband and I are in the process of seeking legal counsel, we are pressing charges, and we will be contacting the District Attorney's Office as well. Whatever this women's problems are, we URGE her to seek professional help IMMEDIATELY!!!!! We have enough problems to deal with! It is NOT our fault that she has trouble getting along with other people AND it is DEFINITELY NOT OUR FAULT that the screaming child is her child from a previous marriage. If she thinks that this if funny, it's not because WE'RE NOT LAUGHING!!!
