  They just want to bill no matter the childs even with no reason. My child had no symptoms (no fever or other ) just because apparently a red spot on her mouth caused by beating a toy and they ordered unnecessary tests to a lab and charged me around $500 . Unethical and fraud behavior allowed by the director of the center. This is unacceptable. Please dont go here.

  I was trying to swish my kids pediatrics to this office bc it's close by. However, it's very difficult to make the transfer. My child was in pain needed medical attention. So I called this office to make an appt. The receptionist, named Jane, told me that they had to have the medical record on hand first; no appt making before it. I told her my kid was in pain; I'll have the medical records ready when she see the doctor. The answer was still "NO". After making many calls, finally had all the records ready. Call the office again, they said need to check and call you back. Never call back. Would you let those people care your chidden? They don't care patients at all. The phone always ringing, tool so long to pick up. I would give no start if I could. Lockley, I found a very nice and careful doctor who took my child in right away!
