Jill is absolutely AMAZING. From the very first class, she made me feel supported, challenged, and confident in my body. Her instruction is clear, intentional, and deeply knowledgeable she truly understands alignment, form, and how to meet you where you are while still pushing you to grow.
Every session feels purposeful and empowering. Jill pays close attention to each person, offers thoughtful corrections, and creates a space that feels both welcoming and motivating. I’ve seen real changes in my strength, posture, and overall well-being, and I always leave class feeling stronger physically and mentally.
If you’re looking for a Pilates instructor who is skilled, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your progress, Jill is it. I’m so grateful to be learning from her! 🌟

Studio Review | 25 Classes In
After completing 25 classes, I finally feel qualified to share my experience. I originally sought out Pilates to address hip issues, looking for a sustainable, low-impact exercise. I didn't expect to fall in love with the method, but it has truly felt like healing my body from the inside out.
The Instructors
Each instructor brings a unique "vibe" that keeps the practice fresh:
Kailyn: She led my introductory class and has such a great, enthusiastic energy. It’s clear she loves the method. I’ve even seen her taking classes herself, which shows she’s a lifelong learner of the craft.
Ruthie: High energy and perfect for mornings! Her classes are a fantastic full-body workout. Pro-tip: I’d suggest having at least 10 classes under your belt before jumping into hers. It takes about 20 classes to truly feel like you know what you’re doing.
Adrienne: She is the reason I can handle a 6:30 AM class. She has a bubbly personality, knows everyone by name and is incredibly encouraging. If you want someone to "hold your hand" through the process, guide your movements, and meticulously correct your form, Adrienne is your person.
Michelle: Her instructions are so clear that even a total beginner could follow along just by listening. She should be a voiceover actor. But don't be fooled-her classes are "sneaky." You think the move is straightforward until your abs tell a different story. It feels like a deep, internal workout every time. I love it!
The Results & Atmosphere
The physical benefits have been undeniable. For the first time in a long while, I can actually place my palms flat on the ground.
As a Black woman, I am often apprehensive about entering predominantly white spaces. However, I want to highlight that I have never felt uncomfortable here. While I’ve only seen three other women of color in passing over the last three months (likely due to the neighborhood demographics), the energy of the studio has been consistently welcoming and inclusive.
Logistics
The facility is professionally managed. I haven’t dealt with a single billing discrepancy, and the studio always opens on time. If you are looking for a joint-friendly, high-energy environment to transform your mobility, I cannot recommend this place enough.
Ruthie is the best! That is all I will say because the wait list for every one of her classes is already too long.

I want to preface this by saying my concerns are not about my local studio or the instructors, they were always friendly, encouraging, and created a great environment. My issue is with the corporate policies of Club Pilates as a whole.
Membership prices are not listed online, so you’re booked for a free introductory class first. After you’ve finished the workout and your endorphins are high, they present the membership options and ask you to sign a three-month contract on the spot, noting that canceling within those three months results in a $100 termination fee.
Once I became a member, I often couldn’t book classes. By the time my monthly credits renewed, most classes were already filled, usually within the first week. Despite this, credits do not roll over, which means you can easily lose classes you already paid for due to lack of availability.
After three months of consistently struggling to get into classes, I decided to cancel. I then learned there is also a 30-day written notice requirement, meaning you’re charged for an additional month even if you’re no longer able to attend.
Through researching other Pilates studios since thinking about leaving, I realized that many smaller, independent studios are more affordable, have better class availability, and allow credits to roll over: policies that feel much more fair and transparent.
Overall, while the instructors at my location were wonderful, I personally would not recommend Club Pilates as a corporation due to the lack of transparency, restrictive policies, and difficulty actually using the membership you’re paying for.
