  The tour of yellow bus aba was really nice. My son was with with us myself and my fiance so he could get a feel for what this place is like! Mind you he started last week Wednesday! Tuesday evening was the tour! Wednesday was ok. Thursday his teacher was late! Friday his teacher was absent! Today his teacher was a no call, no show! They have no alternative plan when a teacher is late or absent. They don't even have anyone you can talk to! Where is the professionalism? My son watched other kids go inside while he's on the other side of the door. That's traumatizing for a kid. Is there an owner, director, or manager? Who watches the staff for these errors at other people's expense? Where's the accountability? Stay away from this place until they have someone who hire someone to pick up the phone and someone who in charge of dealing with these situations!

  We did a tour with Yellow Bus and started the process over a year and a half ago… only to still be sitting on a waitlist. 1.5 years and counting! Parents, don’t bother—it’s incredibly frustrating. We ended up going with Kids First in Monsey instead, and the experience was night and day. Their process was simple, they have multiple centers, no endless waitlist, and my son is already receiving services. Huge difference. If you’re looking for timely support for your child, I’d strongly recommend skipping Yellow Bus and checking out Kids First.

  Orientation is very easy and the associate trainers do a nice job helping the newly hired BT’s in learning different ABA techniques. As for someone who was a RBT for 6 years previously, it was nice being able to answer questions that newly BT’s had!
