  This practice does not seem to be aware of Bimataprost implants, or other newer developments in glaucoma treatment . I am on endless eye drops, twice a day. The amount of meds make me nauseous and dizzy, esp one med in particular. The tech who called me said the drops could NOT be the cause, yet dizziness is one of major listed side effects. I also found trying to do a visual field test very difficult in the tiny space provided. I like the office staff, and the doctor who I see, but I need more and better options.update to 3 weeks later, on May 20- this office does not have an answering service! If you call after hour, you are instructed to go to an ER. Also,, their PA office does not accept MVP...yet Middjto we n has for years. Note- I am not a Medicare/Medicaid pt. I hope Dr P sees these reviews. He diagnosed me in the 90s, and did my cataract sx. I feel very much that this entire practice does not care...it's just about the money. ẞony use them.if you want to have confidence in your care.

  I would give zero stars if I could. Most unprofessional front desk staff, billing department, and doctor I have EVER worked with. The Dr was actually nice but I saw her 4 different times and she couldn’t diagnose me correctly. After lots of research I found out my diagnoses myself. Do not recommend. Update: after the reply from the office, I’m now even more concerned considering they replied they don’t have a female doctor. Then I’m not sure what “doctor” they let me see 4 times but she was definitely a female and I know I don’t have the wrong practice. 75 Crystal Run Rd in Middletown

  Very friendly and professional. Most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr Herrera is wonderful. She is a doctor that listens to you.

  I am not a happy camper I have seen one of the doctors due to bad vision. The doctor that I seen there told me I have bad vision because of my weight and health and that all the exams that they did showed that I have nothing wrong with my eyes. I left this place so hurt and uncomfortable due to sitting in the waiting room almost an hour and a half and then sitting in the back room for another hour and the fact that they made me feel so disrespected. I had went to get a second opinion and the doctor that I seen somewhere else told me that I have really bad dry eyes as well as abrasions and inflammation. I am on three different eyedrops and I definitely do need glasses and that my weight has nothing to do with my eyesight. I give this place two stars because of the pictures on the walls!!

  My appointment was at 2:15pm its now 3:56pm and im still waiting on a doctor to see me !! Totally ridiculous!! Very over crowded in waiting room I was ask to call from car till they where ready for me. Waited 45min then got call to come in to wait some more in waiting room!!
