Her approach is gentle but firm so I felt awesome afterwards even though she worked on issue areas that are challenging and ongoing. Also, she offers packages to bring the out of pocket down and partners with a great chiropractor here in Middletown. I obviously recommend!

Her technique made me feel super relaxed and left me floating on cloud 9. In addition to the massage, I got a postural assessment which is a great visual tool to fully understand the effects of life on your body. Stephanie took extra time to explain things and made it clear that she cares.
