  I brought my mother in law to have her hearing aids checked because they were not working properly. The entire staff was wonderful. Every single person we worked with was patient, kind and very helpful. They showed sincere concern for her wellbeing, something that is so rare these days and very much appreciated. They were able to fix her hearing aids while we waited. We were extremely happy with our experience.

  I had a great experience with Shana when I had my hearing tested. Shana explained so many things before my test about the hearing problems people have and what causes them. She also showed me by charts what the normal levels of hearing should be. I then had the test and she told me of my results and how my hearing test went----I did need hearing aids. She had also told me how the Miracle Ear program works which was very helpful. It's great what the Miracle-Ear product does for me and also since my husband worked for the state----how our insurance covers most of the cost of the hearing aids for me. I'm just getting use to them as I have only had them a couple of weeks and she's helping me also with the hearing aids. I have to tell you that you have a great person representing you!!! She is kind and delightful in helping me and answering all of my questions!!!! Also the receptionist Karen is very friendly and pleasant. The 2 get 10 stars each!!!!!

  My wife first, my Sister in Law second and soon I, all will have worked with this location and team with great success, support. We have experienced a very responsive, caring, customer oriented approach. Hearing aids are not an insignificant investment. It is important to work with folks like these when making your decision on whether, when and what to invest in.

  I have had a wonderful experience with Miracle Ear. Nobody wants to find out that they are losing their hearing. But I struggled for 3 years with the doctors telling me it was my sinuses when I went to them with concerns about my hearing. I finally got a doctor that listened to me. But then I had a struggle to find hearing aids. Nobody was willing to work with my insurance or had any type of payment plans. Then I went to Miracle Ear and met Shana. She has been a true godsend. She helped with insurance and payment plans. She explained everything from start to finish. She listened to my story and had true empathy for what I had been through for the past three years. She truly cares about her clients and only has their best interests at heart. The aftercare is great also. The day I got my hearing aids I cried, because for three years I had not heard things like a clock ticking or birds singing. Now I can. I actually made Shana cry, because I was crying tears of joy. She truly is a remarkable person who only wants to help people. This may be a little long, but I thought you needed to know just how thankful I am for Shana and Miracle Ear. Karen Gomez
