She spoke to me like I was a child and kept telling me to bring in the glasses— which I understand is the procedure. However, I was just trying to understand what was covered and what the process is and she was just telling me “that’s why I told you to bring the glasses in.” I expressed to her that I could feel her annoyance with me and she got more upset stating that she never said that. Either way it kind of stinks that a really good experience with purchasing a pair of glasses For my husband was undone but this person’s unwillingness to answer a few questions.
