  Everybody has been nice to me, they are beautiful people. All the staff has been incredibly helpful in aiding in my recovery. The physical therapy staff is the best I've seen. The Guest Relations Team puts them over the top since the day I came; especially Lisa and Jocelyn. Jocelyn really cares about the patients she is always around, and offers to help with anything she can. I got down in the dumps they completely changed my mood and helped me more than I can say with activities and making friends, while I get stronger. Also Joe from Guest Relations will fix anything he can. They will ALWAYS HELP you.

  The staff, from CNAs to Admin and everyone in between has been wonderful.They are professional, compassionate, and truly do their best to handle all situations. Their client relations ppl (Lisa and Joe) are quite literally "THE DREAM TEAM"... Perfection! My dad likes the food and is being treated with the decency and respect he deserves.

  I’m a patient at Quantum rehab. I had an accident and hurt my back, complications with Parkinson’s. Lucky for me Quantum has a Neuro department and specializes in Parkinson’s rehab. I’ve been to other places that have been “rated” top notch, however Quantum’s approach to rehab is far more aggressive to other places which makes me progress better. I’ve be n matched with a team of physical therapists, Brenden and Rick who have been hands on and have helped me make many milestones in my progress. While receiveong therapy here, I’ve noticed all the other therapists have the same mindset….patients are always first. They are truly angels. I was lucky enough to see one therapist Bianca who worked with a patient in a wheelchair in bad shape. By watching her take care of him…she’s truly an angel. While needing special care, she consoled him while maintaining such dignity. From all departments, the staff treats each patient with such dignity and care.

  This is my second time here. I wanted to come back because it's the best place to be when you need help. The first time I was here, I got great care. I was discharged and unfortunately I fell again. I would recommend Quantum to anybody. The staff treats me good just like the first time. I have no complaints. The management, PT, nurse, the aides and the kitchen all treat me right.
